Processing Time, Shipping, & Returns

Order Processing Time

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Clothing takes longer than accessories or home textiles.

At the moment (updated April, 2022) our production time is two weeks. 

Generally speaking we expect to fulfil an order with home textiles in 3-5 business days, while order with garments can take 8-14 days to fulfil. In spring months (March-June) our production time can double, and even triple. If the arrival of your order is time sensitive, please email us to bee at linenbee . com for an estimate.

Specific deadlines

If you have a specific deadline before which you need to receive your order, please add this information in the note to seller as part of the check-out process. We will be happy to oblige to the best of our ability.

If the deadline is sooner than our regular production and shipping times would allow, please email us before placing the order to discuss what are the possibilities to expedite the whole process. Our ability to do that will depend on how busy our schedule is and what you plan to order.

Free Shipping Worldwide

We make all our items to order and ship from our studio in Latvia (North East of Europe), European Union. All orders are shipped for free with national post.  

Estimated shipping times with regular post:
    • USA: 2-3 weeks
    • Canada: 4-6 weeks
    • EU: 4-9 business days
    • Non-EU Europe: 10-20 business days
    • Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 4-8 weeks
    • Asia & Pacific: 3-4 weeks
    • Latin America and the Caribbean: 4-6 weeks
  • !!! If the arrival of your order is time-sensitive we recommend upgrading to Fedex shipping as part of your check-out process. Since Covid outbreak regular post has become harder to rely on time-wise as delays are more common.   

    Expedited Shipping Upgrade

    Orders with expedited shipping upgrade are shipped with FEDEX. Note that upgrading the shipping reduces the shipping time, but not the production time. 

      • North America: 2-5 business days
      • EU: 1-5 business days
      • Non-EU Europe: 5-10 business days
      • Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 3-5 business days
      • Asia & Pacific: 3-5 business days
      • Latin America and the Caribbean: 3-5 business days

    *Does not apply to Military addresses and addresses that FedEx has marked as 'out of delivery area'. We will contact you in these cases directly via e-mail. 

    We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but we cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the postal system.

    Customs and import taxes

    Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. LinenBee is not responsible for delays due to customs.

      

    Returns 

    Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

    We accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations. Please e-mail us (bee @ linenbee. com) before sending a return. Packages shipped without receiving our confirmation first won't be accepted.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please follow these deadlines in order to return or exchange an item or to make an cancellation: 

    Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
    Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery
    Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase


    The following items can't be returned or exchanged
    Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

    • Custom or personalized orders. If an order has been made based on your measurements it is considered to be custom order. 
    • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
    • Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 

    Return Shipping

    To return your product, please e-mail us to let us know what is the problem and we will provide you with further directions. The address for returns is:

    REQUIRED-  indicate your full name on the return package for identification purposes.  


    Conditions of Return
    Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Please note that the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us may vary depending on where you live.
