We work with national postal carriers, so if you are in USA, your package will be delivered by USPS. If you are in Australia, then it will Australia Post, Germany - Deutsche Post, etc.

Yes, we do. After your package is shipped, we add the track and trace number to your Receipt. If you struggle to find it and want to track your package, feel free to message us. Some postal carriers provide status updates online, others don't. Then calling your local postal office with the track and trace number at hand is a good idea.
