Your new orders are being fulfilled timely

Dear all, this is a tough time filled with uncertainties for most of us. But we would like to re-assure you that Linenbee's small team continues to work and fulfil your orders on a regular timeline.

At the moment postal services, both national, as well as Fedex are working well. Some delays can be expected in shipping, but we think that it is quite reasonable considering the situation. If you have specific deadlines, please e-mail us so we can provide concrete estimates.  

! UPDATE (May 6, 2020): we are seeing significant delays for regular post worldwide, packages taking more than double the time they used to. Therefore we warmly recommend upgrading to Fedex shipping. 

Luckily we are based in a region that so far hasn't been seriously touched by the virus and we hope it will stay so, as Latvian government acted promptly in imposing safety measures. Even more so, our seamstresses each has her own office, so we do not face the risks associated with common work room, typical in factory settings.

Also, I would like to explain that your support for small businesses in these difficult times is really important. When you order from a small business you are directly supporting multiple families, rather than large investor companies. We are also looking into how the crisis will affect our community locally as well as abroad and keeping our eyes open to see if there are ways how we can support those most affected with the social and economic effects of CORONA crisis.
